ProControl is the touchscreen an operator actually uses on the shop floor — start a job, watch it, calibrate and diagnose without walking back to a desk.

The screen on the machine
ProControl is the full-screen interface an operator uses standing at the printer. It runs on Protype OS on the machine's own Full HD touchscreen and replaces the browser-in-kiosk-mode arrangement most Klipper machines end up with.
Fourteen sections cover the actual work: files, axes, extrusion, filament, drying, calibration, bed mesh, macros, console, configuration, camera, network, updates and system. Sections are gated by role, so an operator can print without reaching the printer configuration or the Klipper module installer.

FilaCore filament management
Four spool slots and two extruders drawn as a live machine diagram with ten filament sensors, interactive load, purge and eject flows, and consumption history — not a spool database bolted onto a generic interface.
Guided calibration
Wizards generate the test G-code, take your measurement and write the result back to the configuration for PID, Z-offset, skew and pressure advance. The stock path is typing commands into a console and editing files by hand.
Bed mesh you can read
A 3D surface you can rotate, a 2D heatmap with minimum, maximum, range and mean deviation, and named profiles.
Klipper modules from the screen
Install curated Python extensions onto the controller board without SSH or manual file copying, behind a hard print-safety gate.
Configuration editing on the machine
A printer.cfg editor with Klipper syntax highlighting, a G-code console with command history, and a unified log.
PIN sessions and roles
Viewer, operator, admin and owner, with a PIN lock and an on-device audit trail of privileged actions.

Questions
Is ProControl a separate product from Protype OS?
It is the operator interface, and Protype OS is the system it runs on. You do not install one without the other — Protype OS provisions the machine, and ProControl is what the operator sees when it boots.
Does it replace Fluidd or Mainsail?
For the operator at the machine, yes — ProControl covers printing, filament, calibration, macros, console and configuration natively, with roles and an audit trail that browser front-ends do not have.
What language is the interface in?
Russian. An English interface is in development and is not part of the current release.
Can I use it without a network connection?
Yes for local operation — the interface talks to the control board over a direct wired link inside the machine. Remote access and application updates need a network.
